In 2015, instructed by Zhang Chunxian, then a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee, and Zhong Shan, then Vice Minister and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Zhenwei Exhibitions and Xinjiang International Expo Administration jointly established China's first mixed-ownership exhibition company, Xinjiang Asia-Europe International Expo Co., Ltd. It mainly engaged in the operation of China-Eurasia Expo, which is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Since its establishment, it specializes in the organization and operation of large-scale exhibitions, conferences, festivals, as well as stand construction and advertising business, mainly serves for the China-Eurasia Expo and the (China) Eurasia Commodity and Trade Expo.
