Zhenwei International Exhibition Group

Zhenwei International Exhibition Group, founded in 2000 and listed on the New Third Board on November 24th, 2015 (Stock Code: 834316), is the largest private-owned exhibition company in China, a member of National Technical Committee on Convention and Exhibition of Standardization Administration of China, an exhibition organizer certified by UFI, and a vice-chairman unit of China Convention / Exhibition / Event Society. According to statistics of the Annual Report on China's Exhibition Industry (2018) issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in 2019, the amount of exhibitions organized by Zhenwei Exhibitions ranks first among domestic exhibition organizing enterprises. With exhibition as the core of its business, Zhenwei Exhibitions integrates exhibition and conference, data and information, e-commerce, design and creative communication, having developed into a leading comprehensive service provider of global events.

Dual headquartered in Tianjin and Beijing, Zhenwei Exhibitions includes subsidiaries of Beijing Zhenwei, Tianjin Zhenwei, Guangzhou Zhenwei, Xinjiang Zhenwei, Chengdu Zhenwei, Hainan Zhenwei, Qingdao Zhenwei, Shenzhen Zhenwei, Zhengzhou Zhenwei, and Beijing Zhongzhuang Runda Exhibition Co., Ltd., as well as three mixed-ownership exhibition companies. Shenzhen Investment Holdings Guosen Securities, under the supervision of Shenzhen State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, is the third largest shareholder of Zhenwei International Exhibition Group. In 2015, instructed by Zhang Chunxian, then a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee, and Zhong Shan, then Vice Minister and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Zhenwei Exhibitions and Xinjiang International Expo Administration jointly established China's first mixed-ownership exhibition company, Xinjiang Asia-Europe International Expo Co., Ltd. In 2019, approved by the People's Government of Qingdao West Coast New Area, Zhenwei Exhibitions and Qingdao Huangdao Development (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly established a mixed-ownership exhibition company, Qingdao East Asia International Expo Co., Ltd. And in 2021, Zhenwei Exhibitions and Guangdong Tanzhou International Exhibition Co., Ltd. jointly established a mixed-ownership exhibition company, Guangdong Tanzhou Zhenwei Exhibition Co., Ltd.

Zhenwei International Exhibition Group hosts and organizes nearly a hundred international professional exhibitions and large events every year in China, the United States, Germany, France, Russia, Canada, Brazil, Indonesia and other parts of the world, covering seven major business sectors including energy and resources, equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, technology and bio-pharmaceutical, high-end consumption and electronics, marine and maritime industry, and agriculture and food.
