Zhenwei Exhibition implements a dual-headquarters system in Beijing and Tianjin, with subsidiaries including Beijing Zhenwei, Tianjin Zhenwei, Guangzhou Zhenwei, Xinjiang Zhenwei, Chengdu Zhenwei, Hainan Zhenwei,  Shenzhen Zhenwei, Zhengzhou Zhenwei, and Beijing Zhongzhuang Runda, Shanghai Ganglian Technology Service Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of A-share listed firm Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce Holdings Co., Ltd., is the second-largest shareholder of Zhenwei International Exhibition Group. Guosen Securities, which is controlled by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., and supervised by the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, is the third largest shareholder of Zhenwei International Exhibition Group. In 2015, instructed by Zhang Chunxian, then a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee, and Zhong Shan, then Vice Minister and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Zhenwei Exhibitions and Xinjiang International Expo Administration jointly established China's first mixed-ownership exhibition company, Xinjiang Asia-Europe International Expo Co., Ltd.

The data center of Zhenwei Exhibitions is located at one of its headquarter - Tianjin, covering a total construction area up to 10,000 square meters. It is one of the exhibition companies in China that has fully established enterprise data systems. Zhenwei Exhibitions Data Center has three main functions. Firstly, it is a data center, running and updating of log-in systems for exhibitors and visitors. Secondly, is a call center, and an exhibitor and visitor service platform. Thirdly, is a research center, which includes industry research, brand operation, investment consulting, etc.
